I remember back when I was 11, I got my whole head braided/cainrow’d in Thailand. I looked like an Egyptian and got told to take it out the second i walked into school!

Did i take it out? COURSE NOT..i took the beads off the ends and kept it in for a month.

YEPPP, i braved my white self up and headed down to Camden Rd where there’s a few african barbzzzz’.

Entered the shop,got starred at funny and then said I wanted to have my hair cainrow’d. The shop was fulla men and they all turned round, smiled and told me the women’s barbers was downstairs.

Heading down some crankyyy steps i met a african women that braided my hair in the space of about 10 minutes. After making having a cuppa tea n making friends with her i headed upstairs where all the ladzzzz were commenting on my hair!

I told them i’d be back in a week or so to complicate them with  a more intense pattern.

Well mine was pretty ‘fab‘, spent it down the South with my family.

It was chilled in the morning but when the afternoon kicked in we headed to the uncles house where stuff started to get a bit MAD!!!

We drank, we ate, we sang, we spread the LOVEEEEEEEE! –  which is what Christmas is all about right?

Fuck the presents, bugger the material shitttt. This year it was not about that, however I got given money to help me out with uni (or for stuff in the sales).

Yeppp, I’ve been occupying myself with various exhibitions,learning French,designing, going 2 fashion shows and seein performers. So u can all backkkkkk down and DASH DOWN before you start givin me pure abuse.

 

MHMM, you guessed it I went along to see ‘Giggs & Rampage’. Impressive is the word.

Rampage- what can I say really? If your into DECENT music then u will know how he rocks up with an amazing set every time. He manages 2 wow Notting Hill Carny and hits it off with Radio1xtra so as u can imagine he did not fail to impress…more like he blew ma mind. Settin it off with tracks from Tempa T and Vybz he couldn’t really go wrong in Club Rosso.

Giggs- First time I’d seen the Sn1 star…n he did a cracker of a session. Half the room was split into hard-core Giggs fans & the other half was full of guys kickin’ off & girls who had absolutely no knowledge of Giggs or any decent music . He played ‘Look what the cat dragged in’,'Talkin the hardest’, ‘ Hustle on’  n the commercial tracks he’s got out at the mo. So yeah it was quality to see those live but woulda preferred some off the ‘Walk in da park’ album or ‘Let em ave it’ album. But hey, everyone’s gotta make DOLLLLLAAAAAAAAAA BILL!!!!!!!!
